You Get to Choose Where You Work

It is all about visualization and imaging that you will do great in the job interviewing process. So why not be able to choose where you get to work? When looking at the flower diagram that was discussed before in the last blog, think about what more you can add. Here are 5 steps that job hunters or career changers have found helpful to take--in this order:
  1. First, you need to find out what careers or jobs your flower points to
  2. Second you need to try on careers before you decide which ones to pursue
  3. Third, you need o find out what kinds of organizations have such jobs
  4. Fourth, you need to find names of particular places that interest you
  5. Fifth and final, you need to learn as much as you can about a place before formally approaching them

These are all great things that can help you when deciding where you would like to work. Again, it is about visualizing and imaging where you will at in the future. Setting these goals for yourself and bringing them forth, can help you perhaps accomplish where you want to be for your job field. Also, remember when or after an interview to send a thank you note to really stand out to your future employer. Another few tips would be what I have blogged previously about when it comes to LinkedIn page and how you can alter yourself from your competitors.
